Full Time Position

Location: Administrative (Corporate)

Position Summary

Assist with bookkeeping transactions and posting. Assist with payroll processing as needed. Provides required data and assistance as needed for monthly financial statements and annual audit.

• Works closely with the Full Charge Bookkeeper to maintain a complete and accurate financial record-keeping system.

• Duties include monthly accounts receivable reconciliation, reporting and accounts payable posting and follow up as well as filing, data entry and deposit entries to the financial system.

• Other duties include assisting with the bi-weekly payroll processing, and company benefit plans processing.

• Excellent mathematical and record keeping skills.

  Knowledge and experience with general accounting principles (GAAP).

  Excellent Computer proficiency.

  Competent working knowledge of MS Office and billing software.

Educational and Experience Requirements

• 2 years Associates degree in Accounting or other related field from an accredited college

  2 years minimum experience in healthcare environment preferred.
